As always, choose your treatment tool carefully, never use a treatment device on people outside your household, and never charge for auriculotherapy treatments unless you are properly licensed.

Yes! When you add a custom point, protocol or note on one device, it will be available on all your other devices. You will simply need to restart the Auriculo 360 program on your other device in order to see newly added points and protocols.

For instance, if you add a custom point to Auriculo 360 on your phone and you have the Auriculo 360 software open and running on your computer, you will need to quit and restart Auriculo 360 on your computer before you’ll see the custom point created on your phone. Data syncing occurs when the software starts up.

As technology grows more advanced year after year, software must be continually updated to stay compliant with new requirements and function smoothly. Most software purchases nowadays require an annual or monthly service plan to operate (think Microsoft word, Adobe programs, Spotify, Netflix etc).

Auriculo 360 offers cross-device syncing, which is a powerful service that requires secure and encrypted cloud-based storage to keep your custom data safe and secure. Cloud-based storage isn’t cheap. But just imagine how awesome it will be to add a custom note to Auriculo 360, and then see the same note on your phone with no extra effort. It’s a beautiful thing.

If you need to change your Auriculo 360 subscription payment method, you can make the change immediately in the Auriculo 360 software. Open your "Account" page, and click on the button "Edit Billing Details."

Auriculo 360 is available in five different languages! You can easily choose between English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. Once you make your selection, everything in the software will update in the language you selected, including all chart, point and protocol names and information, ear labels and other text within the app. You can change the language on all versions of the software, including desktop, tablet and mobile.

Yes, and yes! You can manage your devices within the software. You can delete any old devices that you’re not using anymore, and add new devices in. You’ll be able to change your devices whenever needed so that you’re not using up the devices allowed by your license (1-3 devices for the individual plan, and up to 10 devices for the clinic plan).

After you purchase Auriculo 360, you’ll be sent an email to set up your account password. Once your Auriculo 360 account is active, you can download and install the software onto your devices and sign in with your newly created account. You’ll install the Windows or Mac computer version directly from this website. You’ll install the tablet and phone version from the appropriate app store for your device.

If you purchased the Individual plan, you’ll be able to download Auriculo 360 on up to 3 devices. If you purchased the clinic plan, use it on up to 10 devices.
